The Range of the physical Education Importance Perception From the Views of Normal and Gifted Students Views

Abstract

The main goal of this study is to investigate the importance of sport activities from the gifted and normal students' point of views.
This study used the descriptive analytical method, where the two researchers improved the questionnaire to measure the level of the sport activities' importance among the gifted and normal students, the questionnaire consisted of (30) paragraphs with five-digit grade on Likert Scale, applied on (370) normal and gifted students. The data of the questionnaire were analyses by using averages, standard deviations, and T-test. The results of this study indicated that the gifted and normal students' awareness level of the physical education was high, and there were statistically significant at the significant level (a≥ 0.05) due to the impact of level in all field and the total degree, except the second field, and the differences were in favor of primary level. Also, there were statistically significant differences at significant level (a≥ 0.05) due to the academic achievement in all fields and the total degree, and the differences were in favor of the gifted students.
