Dr. Gözde Kırlı Özer is a faculty member at Bursa Uludağ University, Faculty of Architecture. Having completed her PhD in Architecture in 2020, Dr. Kırlı Özer specializes in architecture and urban planning, urban sustainability, archaeological site conservation and architectural design.
Her work includes multidisciplinary approaches and offers scientific contributions in the fields of architecture, archaeology and urbanism. The author has published articles in many journals within the scope of SCI-Expanded and ESCI and has been awarded the Yılmaz Akkılıç Bursa Research Award for his academic studies. She has also presented papers at various national and international congresses and symposiums and is a scientific referee.
Dr. Kırlı Özer's research covers a wide range of topics such as cultural heritage conservation, faith tourism, layered urban textures and sustainable design approaches, and she has assumed leadership and coordination roles in projects in this field. He has also emphasized the importance of design studios in architectural education and developed innovative methods in this field.
Dr. Kırlı Özer is fluent in English and continues her scientific and social contributions through architectural design projects, workshops and publications.
 

Asst. Prof. Dr. Veli Başaran is an academic and researcher specializing in the field of civil engineering. He completed his undergraduate and doctoral studies at Eskişehir Osmangazi University. Currently, he serves as a faculty member in the Structural Engineering Division of the Department of Civil Engineering at Afyon Kocatepe University.

His primary research interests focus on earthquake engineering, seismic performance assessment of reinforced concrete structures, and structural dynamics. Dr. Başaran has conducted various scientific studies on structural safety and structural analysis under modern design codes, publishing his findings in several national and international peer-reviewed journals. 

Dr. Primož Jelušič is associate professor at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering and Architecture, University of Maribor, Slovenia. Primož Jelušič obtained his PhD in 2013 at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Maribor, where he was employed as assistant in the field of Building Materials an assistant in the field of Geotechnics. Associate prof. dr. Primož Jelušič is involved in pedagogical and research work. His research is primarily focused on the optimization of structures and Geotechnics. Dr. Primož Jelušič constantly transfers gained knowledge into practice, through the education of students at home and abroad. Primož task is also to carry out the revision of civil engineering projects important for the community.

Dr. Sule Yarci is a transportation engineering researcher specializing in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), pavement management, and low-cost sensor-based monitoring technologies. She received her B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Nuh Naci Yazgan University in 2016 and her M.Sc. (2021) and Ph.D. (2026) from Afyon Kocatepe University. Her research focuses on data-driven infrastructure assessment, portable sensing platforms, and innovative road condition evaluation methodologies. She has contributed to the development of novel pavement health indices, including PTAI, and has published in peer-reviewed journals. She currently serves at Afyon Kocatepe University, Turkiye.

Sri Atmaja P. Rosyidi is a professor of civil engineering at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, currently serving as the vice rector for student affairs. He earned his Ph.D. from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, focusing his core research on transportation geotechnics, advanced pavement engineering, non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, transportation infrastructure, railway engineering and sustainable asphalt materials. As a dedicated researcher in these fields, Professor Rosyidi has successfully managed numerous prestigious research projects and published extensively in high-impact international journals. Alongside his administrative leadership, he remains deeply committed to advancing engineering science as an active editor and reviewer for prominent international journals.

Lazreg Hadji was born in Tiaret, Algeria, on February 08, 1980. He is currently working at the University of Tiaret, Algeria as a full-time Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering. He has 11 years of expertise as a researcher and instructor. He received his undergraduate degree in the Department of Civil Engineering from the University of Tiaret, Algeria, and PhD degree in the Department of Civil Engineering from the University of Sidi Bel Abbes, Algeria. His teaching and research interests include Computational Mechanics, Continuum Mechanics, Nano-scaled Mechanics, Solid Mechanics, i.e. Buckling and Vibration of Beams, Plates and Shells, Composite Structures, Computer Modeling in Engineering, FGMs, Laminated Structures, Modeling of Nanostructures, Structural Dynamics, and  Structural Stability. At present, he has authored over 117 refereed national/international journal papers, 80 proceedings presented at various national/international conferences. His mentioned studies have been cited over 3626 times and he has achieved h-Index 33 according to the Google Scholar Database. He has been acting as a Reviewer/Editor in many journals with a high impact factor in his field of interest.
 

Dr. Piergiorgio Tataranni is a Junior Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil, Chemical, Environmental, and Materials Engineering (DICAM) at the University of Bologna. His research focused heavily on transportation infrastructures, sustainable pavement engineering, and eco-friendly construction materials. As a Marie Curie Fellow, Dr. Tataranni has extensively contributed to major European research initiatives, including the H2020 projects REMINE and SAFERUP!. His academic work explores the experimental applications of industrial by-products and recycling technologies to minimize environmental impacts in civil infrastructure.
