Öz

Türk telekomünikasyon sektörü yakın zamanda liberalleştirildi ve bağımsız otoriteler tarafından düzenlenmeye başladı. Bu makale, Türk telekomünikasyon sektöründeki gelişmelere ilişkin verileri sunmakta ve pazarın liberalleştirilmesinden sonra rekabet ve regülasyonun gelişimini analiz etmektedir.

Öz

Turkish telecommunications sector was liberalized recently and began to be regulated by independent authorities. This paper presents the data on developments on the Turkish telecommunications sector and analyzes the development of competition and regulation after the liberalization of the market.
