Introduction: Dental implant treatment is a highly successful treatment method for single or multiple tooth missing. The aim of this study was to investigate the demographic and clinical conditions of the patients who underwent dental implant surgery in our clinic and the characteristics of implanted patients retrospectively. Materials and Methods: In this study, a total of 504 patients applied for implant treatment in Inonu University Faculty of Dentistry Department of Periondotology between 2016 and 2018. Patients age, sex, condition of edentulous, time of installation, additional surgical procedures, areas where implant was applied, type of retoration after treatment and various characteristics of implants (size, brand, type) were examined retrospectively and results were evaluated using descriptive statistical methods. Results: A total of 1647 implants were applied to 241 male (47,8%) and 263 female (52,2%) patients during the specified time period. The most frequently treated age range was between 50-59 years and 150 patients (29,7%) were identified. When the implant sizes were evaluated, the maximum 4-4, 5 mm diameter and the maximum 9-10 mm length implant was applied when the implant sizes were evaluated. Implant application is the most posterior mandibular region and Implant (AGS medical, Trabzon, Turkey) the most applied implant brand is seen to be. Discussion & Conclusion: According to the evaluations, it is seen that most of the implants are made of partial edentulous dentition finite. Implants are needed more as fixed prosthesis support and there is less need for implant supported removable prosthesis. Implant supported prosthesis is a successful, effective and predictable treatment for the replacement of lost teeth. Retrospective evaluation of the properties of implants for clinical applications is very valuable in guiding dentist.
