Abstract

Laringeal Maske ile Zor Havayolu Yönetimi

Öz

Çocuklarda beklenmeyen zor havayolu nadir görülen bir durumdur. Özellikle anestezi yönetimi tecrübesiz kişilerce sağlandığında ve alternatif seçenekler ameliyat salonunda hazır bulundurulmadığında son derece ciddi, komplike ve katastrofik sonuçlara yol açabilir.

Bu sunuda zor entübasyon öyküsü olan adenoidektomi hastasında havayolu yönetiminde laringeal maskenin bir alternatif olarak akla gelmesi gerektiğine dikkat çekmek istedik.
