AR-GE, Ekonomik Büyüme, Eğitim ve Sağlığın İnsani Gelişmeye Etkisi

Öz

Çalışmada 2021 yılı insani gelişme endeksinde yer alan ilk 10 ülke incelenmiştir. Bu ülke grubu için 1990-2021 yılları arasında Ar-Ge, ekonomik büyüme, eğitim ve sağlığın, insani gelişme üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre, Ar-Ge harcamalarındaki bir birimlik artış, insani gelişmeyi 0.0030 oranında artırmaktadır. Ekonomik büyümedeki bir birimlik artış, insani gelişmeyi 0.0002 artırmaktadır. Kamu eğitim harcamalarındaki bir birimlik artış, insani gelişmeyi 0.0010 oranında artırmaktadır. Cari sağlık harcamalarındaki bir birimlik artış, insani gelişmeyi 0.0039 artırmaktadır.

The Impact of R&D, Economic Growth, Education and Health on Human Development

Öz

In the study, the top 10 economies in the human development index for 2021 were examined. For this country group, the effects of R&D, economic growth, education and health on human development were investigated between the years 1990-2021. The study's findings reveal that a one-unit increase in R&D expenditures increases human development by 0.0030. A one-unit increase in economic growth increases human development by 0.0002. A one-unit increase in public education expenditures increases human development by 0.0010. A one-unit increase in current health expenditures increases human development by 0.0039.
