The Mediator Role of Organizational Learning in the Impact of Organizational Intelligence on Organizational Agility

Öz

This study has been conducted to examine the mediator role of organizational learning in the impact of organizational intelligence on organizational agility. The sample of the research consists of 339 people working in 31 small and medium-sized logistics companies operating in Mersin province. Data have been obtained from this sample by face-to-face survey method. These obtained data have been subjected to analysis using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 24.0 package programs. As a result of the regression analysis carried out, it has been determined that organizational learning has a full mediation effect on the effect of organizational intelligence on organizational agility. As a result of the correlation analysis, it has been determined that there is a moderate and positive significant relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational agility; that there is a high level and positive significant relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational learning; and that there is a high level and positive significant relationship between organizational learning and organizational agility. As a result of the different tests, it has been determined that organizational learning shows a significant difference according to the age and monthly income level of the employees.

Örgütsel Zekânın Örgütsel Çeviklik Üzerindeki Etkisinde Örgütsel Öğrenmenin Aracı Rolü

Öz

Bu çalışma örgütsel zekânın örgütsel çeviklik üzerindeki etkisinde örgütsel öğrenmenin aracı rolünü incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Mersin ilinde faaliyet gösteren küçük ve orta ölçekli 31 lojistik firmasında çalışan 339 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Bu örneklemden yüz yüze anket yöntemiyle veri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen bu veriler SPSS 20.0 ve AMOS 24.0 paket programları kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan regresyon analizi sonucunda örgütsel zekânın örgütsel çeviklik üzerindeki etkisinde örgütsel öğrenmenin tam aracılık etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan korelasyon analizi sonucunda ise örgütsel zekâ ile örgütsel çeviklik arasında orta seviyede ve pozitif yönde; örgütsel zeka ile örgütsel öğrenme arasında yüksek seviyede ve pozitif yönde; örgütsel öğrenme ile örgütsel çeviklik arasında ise yüksek seviyede ve pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yapılan fark testleri sonucunda ise örgütsel öğrenmenin çalışanların yaşına ve aylık gelir düzeyine göre anlamlı bir farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.
