The aim of the study is to examine the articles written about the effects of physical activity on adiposity in individuals with Down Syndrome, to discuss the subject from a broader perspective and to present the information in these studies. While conducting a literature review for the study, it was carried out using PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Schooler databases. The keywords 'Down Syndrome, Adiposity, Physical Activity' were used during the literature review. Articles written in the last 10 years were included in the study. As a result of the literature review, 14 articles were included in this review study in creating the content of the research subject. When the articles included in this review study were examined, it was seen that the findings section of the study showed that the researchers produced mutually supportive results about the positive effects of exercise and sports on the positive effects of physical activity on obesity in people with Down Syndrome. In this context, due to the limited number of sample groups, there is a need to observe the studies related to adiposity and down syndrome in the literature and to increase the studies that are more comprehensive.

Çalışma için literatür taraması yapılırken PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Schooler veri tabanları kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. 'Down Syndrome, Adiposity, Physical Activity' anahtar kelimeleri literatür taraması yapılırken kullanılmıştır.
