Klaritromisin Kullanımına Bağlı Nadir Olarak Gelişen ‘Siyah Kıllı Dil’: Bir Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Özet ‘Siyah Kıllı Dil’, dilin dorsal yüzünde uzamış filiform papillaların tüy benzeri görünümündeki benign lezyonudur. Toplumda görülme sıklığı %0,6-13 arasındadır. Predispozan faktörler arasında sigara kullanımı, yoğun kahve/çay içilmesi, kötü ağız hijyeni, trigeminal nevralji, kserostomi ve ilaç kullanımı yer almaktadır. Biz, klaritromisin kullanımına bağlı gelişen bir ‘Siyah Kıllı Dil’ olgusu sunmayı amaçladık. Abstract ‘Black Hairy Tongue’ is the beningn lesion with hairy appearance of elongated filiform papillae on the dorsum of tongue. Its incidence in the population is about 0,6-13%. Predisposing factors are smoking, heavily consumption of tea/coffee, poor oral hygiene, trigeminal neuralgia, kserostomia and drug use. We aimed to report a ‘Black Hairy Tongue’ case induced by clarithromycin use.
