KORNEA KORUMALI EVİSSERASYON CERRAHİSİ

Öz

Evisserasyon cerrahisi paralimbal bir insizyon ile sklera ve göz ekleri korunarak göz içeriğinin tamamının uzaklaştırılmasıdır. Bu yöntemde ise kornea korunabilir veya çıkarılabilir. Kornea korumalı evisserasyon cerrahisi özellikle genç hasta grubunda geniş orbital implant kullanılması gerektiğinde tercih edilebilecek alternatif bir evisserasyon cerrahisi tekniğidir. Bu çalışmada yaş ortalaması 27 yıl olan ve ortalama 24 ay takip edilen 2’si kadın 3’ü erkek 5 vakanın sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir.
