- Manuscript is first submitted as MS Word or Libreoffice Writer format, along with the potential reviewer list to the system by following the submission procedure of Dergipark.

- After this step, the article enters in the pre-review phase.

- One of the secretaries controls the suitability of the article.

- The similarity ratio of the article (plagiarism check) is controlled by Dergipark (powered by Intihal.net).

- Our plagiarism threshold is 30%, if the article's similarity score is higher, it is requested from the author to decrease the ratio.

- If the article does not reflect the submission format or its language level is inadequate, a revision is issued.

-Decision of the review procedure may be rejection, acceptance or revision (minor or major).

- If the decision is rejection, the process is terminated.

- If the decision is revision, the author revises their article within 30 days in accordance with referees' opinions. All revisions the author made must be marked with red color or yellow highlighting.

- If the article is accepted, the third phase, namely editing process, is initiated.
