Görev ve Ego Yöneliminin Sporda Ahlaktan Uzaklaşma Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Görev ve ego yöneliminin sporda ahlaktan uzaklaşmaya etkisine yönelik çalışmaların literatürde çokça yer almaması ve bazı hedef yönelimlerinin sporcuları ahlaki olmayan davranışlara itebilmesi sebebiyle çalışma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında 489 sporcu yer almış ve “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Sporda Görev ve Ego Yönelimi Ölçeği” ve “Sporda Ahlaktan Uzaklaşma Ölçeği ile veriler elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizi SPSS 25 paket programıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek için pearson korelasyon analizi; sporcuların görev ve ego yöneliminin sporda ahlaktan uzaklaşmayı yordamasına ilişkin ise çoklu regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda sporda görev yönelimleri ile ahlaktan uzaklaşma arasında negatif yönde düşük düzeyde; ego yönelimi ile sporda ahlaktan uzaklaşma arasında pozitif yönde orta düzeyde anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca sporda ahlaktan uzaklaşmanın yordanmasına ilişkin yapılan çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi sonucunda görev yöneliminin sporda ahlaktan uzaklaşma üzerinde negatif yönde, ego yöneliminin ise sporda ahlaktan uzaklaşma üzerinde pozitif yönde anlamlı yordayıcı güce sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sporda ahlaktan uzaklaşmaya ait toplam varyansın %17’si hedef yönelimi ile açıklanmaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda sporcuların görev yönelimiyle hareket etmelerinin sportmenliğe daha çok katkı sunduğu; ego yönelimiyle eyleme yönelmelerinin ise ahlaktan uzaklaşmalarına ve sportmenlik dışı hareket etmelerine zemin hazırladığı söylenebilmektedir. Bu sonuca dayanarak sporda ahlak seviyesinin yükseltilebilmesi için sporcuların hedef yönelimleri görev odaklı olarak ele alınmalıdır.

Moving Away from Ethics in Sports: Duty and Ego Goal Orientations

Abstract

An important study was carried out in order to determine the effect of care and ego characteristics on moving away from morality in sports, which is not widely included in the statistical literature, and that some of its goals may be based on unregistered behavior of athletes. The relational scanning model, one of the best research methods, was used in the study. Within the scope of the study, 489 athletes took part and data regarding the "Personal Information Form", "Duty and Ego Orientation in Sports Scale" and "Immorality in Sports Scale" were obtained. Data analysis was carried out with the SPSS 25 package program. Pearson distribution analysis to determine the balance between variables; Multiple regression analysis was used to determine whether athletes' duties and egos predict the lack of morality in sports. As a result of the analysis, negative aspects between task characteristics and moving away from balance in sports are low; It has been determined that there are positive, moderately significant relationships between ego ratios and immorality in sports. In addition, as a result of the multiple cross-regression analysis performed on the prediction of moving away from morality in sports, it was determined that their duties had a negative significant predictive power on moving away from morality in sports, and showing ego had a positive significant predictive power on moving away from morality in sports. 17% of the total variance in moving away from morality in sports is explained by the target. The information obtained contributes more to sportsmanship when athletes act according to their duties; Their tendency to take action with their ego characteristics may lead them to move away from morality and act unsportsmanlike. Based on this endurance, the target efforts of the athletes are handled in a task-oriented manner in order to raise the level of morality in sports.
