In this article the problem of integration an assimilation is dealt with in the Qur?anic context, which is of great importance for both host countries and for those who emigrate there. And it goes without saying that this problem has had an utmost vitaliyt since Turks immigration to western countries as work force. Ever since then the hot debate whether they are to be assimilated and integrated or be left on their own cultural and religious heritage has always been on the agenda, as it is now. The following essay tackles the problem from Qur?anic perspective, giving some historical examples, such as the case of the prophet Josef in Egypt
