Since the Stem Cells form the basis of human life system and have many vital features such as segmentations and mutation into somatic cells they have become a focus of medical and biological researches especially from the years 2000 onwards. Stem Cell studies are not only important for the life sciences but also for social sciences, as they have been pertinent to human body and to the future of human life, and for this reason theology and ethics have paid a closer attention to the new developments occurring on the stem cell surveys. As the stem cell studies are involved in human body and future of human life they have caused intense debates and disputes among the specialists related to medical ethics. This article maintains that since the specialists on medical ethics have been unable to come to term with the bioethical issues, the Islamic Theology make challenges by offering viable solutions to the issues related to ethical disputes arising as a result of stem cell studies.
