Öz

Diaquabis N,N-dietilnikotinamid- l N1 bis 4-formilbenzoato- l O kobalt II kompleksi model böcek Galleria mellonella L. larvalarının hemolenf dokusuna enjekte edildi. Enjeksiyon işleminden 2, 4, 6 ve 8 saat sonra böceğin bazı biyokimyasal parametrelerine ve metabolik enzim aktivitesi üzerindeki değişikliklere bakıldı. Hücre hasarı biyobelirteci AST ve ALT enzim aktivitesinin istatiksel olarak arttığı tespit edildi. Kullanılan kompleks LDH aktivitesini 30±2,76’dan 8 saat sonunda 131,25±3,10’a yükseltti. Ayrıca böceğin biyokimyasal parametreleri üzerinde olumsuz etki yaptığı tespit edildi. Bu çalışma farklı kimyasal yapı ve etki mekanizmasına sahip metal komplekslerinin zararlı böceklerin mücadelesinde hedef olmayan canlılara ve çevreye karşı en az zararla kullanılabilirliğinin araştırılması açısından önemlidir

Öz

The complex, Diaquabis N,N-diethylnicotinamide- l N1 bis 4-formylbenzoato- l O cobalt II was injected into the hemolymph tissue of model insect larvae of Galleria mellonella L.. After 2, 4, 6 and 8 hours after the injection, some biochemical parameters of the insects and changes in metabolic enzyme activity were examined. It was determined that the cell damage bioindicator AST and ALT enzyme activity increased statistically. The complex used increased the LDH activity from 30±2,76 to 131,25±3,10 after 8 hours. It was also found to have an adverse effect on the biochemical parameters of the insects. This study is important in exploring the use of metal complexes with different chemical structures and mechanisms of action in the struggle of harmful insects with minimal damage to the non-target organisms and environment.
