DİJİTAL LİDERLİK ÇALIŞMALARI ÜZERİNE BİR BİBLİYOMETRİK ANALİZ

Öz

Dijital dünyada yaşanan hızlı değişim, yöneticilerin yeni teknolojileri kullanmalarını ve uyum sağlamalarını zorunluluk haline getirmiştir. Bu zorunluluğun sonucu olarak ortaya çıkan dijital liderlik, dijital teknolojilerle yeniliği teşvik eden, dijital dönüşüm süreçlerini yönlendiren ve dijital stratejileri uygulayan liderlerin özelliklerini ve davranışlarını tanımlayan bir kavram haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, dijital liderlik alanında yapılan akademik yayınları bibliyometrik analiz yöntemleri ile inceleyerek bu alandaki literatürü kapsamlı bir şekilde değerlendirmek ve sonraki çalışmalara yön verebilmektir. Bu bağlamda çalışmada, dijital liderlik konusundaki literatürün genel haritası çıkarılarak, araştırmacılar ve uygulayıcılar için değerli bilgiler sunulmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada, dijital liderlik kavramının literatürdeki entelektüel gelişimi incelenmiş, atıf ilişkileri ve anahtar kelime analizleri yapılmıştır. Bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi ile dijital liderlik alanında yapılan en etkili çalışmalar, öncü yazarlar, önemli dergiler, önemli kurumlar ve araştırma eğilimleri belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, dijital liderlik alanındaki mevcut durumun daha net anlaşılmasına ve yapılacak araştırmalara yön verecek stratejik bilgiler sunulmasına katkı sağlayacaktır. Çalışmanın, dijital liderlik konusundaki teorik ve pratik bilgi birikimine önemli katkılar sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

A Bibliometric Analysis on Digital Leadership Studies

Öz

The rapid change in the digital world has made it a necessity for managers to use and adapt to new technologies. Digital leadership, which emerged as a result of this necessity, has become a concept that defines the characteristics and behaviours of leaders who encourage innovation with digital technologies, direct digital transformation processes and implement digital strategies. The aim of this study is to comprehensively evaluate the literature in this field by examining academic publications in the field of digital leadership with bibliometric analysis methods and to provide direction for future studies. In this context, the study aims to provide valuable information for researchers and practitioners by mapping the literature on digital leadership. In the study, the intellectual development of the concept of digital leadership in the literature was examined, citation relationships and keyword analyses were conducted. The most influential studies, leading authors, important journals, important institutions and research trends in the field of digital leadership were identified through bibliometric analysis. The findings obtained will contribute to a clearer understanding of the current situation in the field of digital leadership and provide strategic information that will guide future research. It is thought that the study will make significant contributions to the theoretical and practical knowledge on digital leadership.
