Dördüncü Sanayi Devriminde Çalışmanın Anlamı ve Kariyer Psikolojik Danışmanlığı

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı dördüncü sanayi devrimiyle birlikte değişen çalışma dünyasının yapısını ortaya koymak ve kariyer psikolojik danışmanlığının bu yapıyı nasıl ele aldığını betimlemektir. Bu amaçla bu incelemede geçmişten günümüze insanların çalışmayı nasıl anladığı, dijital devrimle birlikte çalışma dünyasında neler olduğu ve kariyer psikolojik danışmanlığı açısından ne ile karşı karşıya kalındığı ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma, iş ve toplum yaşamında ortaya çıkan ve çıkacak olan değişiklikler onlarca işin yok olmasına ve bugün var olan birçok mesleğin kaybolup gitmesine neden olabilecektir. Dördüncü sanayi devrimi insanların kariyer gelişimini, kariyer seçimlerini ve sonuç olarak kariyer psikolojik danışmanlığının gelecek yıllardaki yönünü biçimlendirmektedir. Bu nedenle kariyer psikolojik danışmanları danışanlara yardım ederken yeni bir perspektif geliştirmeleri gerekmektedir. Bu bağlamda değerlendirildiğinde geleneksel kuramsal yaklaşımların yanı sıra dijital devrimin gerektirdiği değişiklikleri karşılayabilecek ve bireylerin çalışma dünyasında ortaya çıkan zorluklarla başa çıkmasına yardım edecek kuramsal yaklaşımları da kullanmaları gerekir. Aynı zamanda dijital devrimin gerektirdiği teknolojik ilerlemeleri kariyer psikolojik danışmanlığına transfer etmek ve danışanların çalışma dünyasında ayakta kalabilmeleri için yeni beceriler edinmelerine yardım etmeleri gerekmektedir.
