Kariyer Geçişlerini Kontrol Edebilir Miyiz? Kuramlar, Uygulamalar ve İpuçlarına Genel Bir Bakış

Öz

İşsizlik ve istihdam oranlarını belirlemeye dönük yapılan tüm çalışmalar ile son yıllarda pandemi süreci ve Dördüncü Sanayi Devrim'nin getirileri, kariyer geçiş sürecindeki bireylerin sayısında bir artış olacağını öngörmektedir. Bu verilerden hareketle kariyer geçişinin ne olduğunun, kariyer geçişlerinde sunulan uygun hizmet ve uygulamaların, bu anlamda kariyer psikolojik danışması alanındaki gelişmelerin vurgulanmasının kariyer geçişlerinim herhangi bir formunu deneyimleyen bireylere etkili hizmetler sunulmasında önemli olacağı söylenebilir. Bu anlamda bu çalışma ile öncelikle kariyer geçişinin tanımlanması, geçişlerde önerilen modeller ve uygulamalar üzerine odaklanılarak, kariyer geçişini deneyimleyen bireyler ile çalışırken kariyer psikolojik danışmanlarına öneriler de bulunulması amaçlanmıştır.
