Batman İlinde 2013-2018 Yılları Arasında Gerçekleşen İntihar ve İntihar Girişimlerinin Sosyodemografik ve İntihar Davranışı Özelliklerinin Geriye Dönük Olarak Değerlendirilmesi

Öz

Amaç: 2013-2018 yılları adli kayıtlarına ulaşılarak intihar ve intihar girişimlerinin sosyodemografik özellikleri ve intihar davranışıyla ilgili özelliklerin tanımlanması amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Çalışmamızda 2013-2018 adli dosya kayıtlarındaki 443 olgunun bilgilerine ulaşılmıştır. Adli görüşme kayıtları geriye dönük incelenmiştir. Bulgular: İntihar girişimleri 45 yaş üstü hariç kadınlarda yüksek bulunurken, intiharlar erkeklerde yüksek bulunmuştur ve aradaki fark istatiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur. İntihar girişimlerinde en sık kullanılan yöntem ilaç alımı olarak, intiharlarda ise ası olarak bulunmuştur. İntihar nedenlerinden ilk 3’ü tartışma ve kavga ruhsal ve psikolojik nedenler, ailevi nedenler ve aile içi şiddet ve anlık öfke olmuştur. Sonuç: İntihar eden ve intihar girişiminde bulunan bireylerin eğitim seviyesinin düşük olması, genellikle aktif çalışma hayatına sahip olmayışı ve intihar sebeplerinden en sık belirtilen tartışma ve kavga, ailevi nedenler ve aile içi şiddet, anlık öfkenin koruyucu sağlık hizmetleri açısından ele alınması gereken faktörler olduğu düşünülmüştür. İntihar girişiminin özellikle kadınlarda inkar edilmesine toplumsal ön yargının yol açmış olabileceği düşünülmüştür.
