Dr. Christin Hiyana Tungga Dewi, SST., M.Kes. is a lecturer and researcher in midwifery and public health at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Semarang (Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang), Indonesia, with more than 20 years of academic experience. Her research focuses on maternal, newborn, and child health, with particular interests in health promotion, psychosocial interventions, family-centered antenatal care, community empowerment, and digital health innovations.
Her work explores the integration of clinical, behavioral, and social approaches to improve maternal and child health outcomes, particularly through family engagement and community-based interventions. In recent years, her research has addressed stunting prevention, family-centered antenatal education, paternal involvement in maternal and child health, and technology-assisted health education. She has led and contributed to several competitive research projects and has published extensively in national and international peer-reviewed journals, including Scopus-indexed journals. Her current research interests include maternal health, public health, digital health, community-based interventions, health education, and evidence-based strategies for improving maternal and child healthcare.
