Kolorektal Kanserlerde Epidemiyoloji ve Risk Faktörleri

Öz

Kolorektal kanser, Türkiye’nin 3. en sık goÅNrülen tümoÅNrüdür. Kolon kanserinin riskini

arttıran majoÅNr faktoÅNrler, kolorektal kanserlerin herediter formları, yaş, sporadik kolorektal

kanserin kişisel ve aile oÅNyküsü, inflamatuar barsak hastalığı, abdominal radyasyon

oÅNyküsüdür. Obezite, diabet, sigara kullanımı, alkolun aşırı tüketimi, işlenmiş etin aşırı tüketimi

ve fiziksel aktivitenin yokluğunun dahil olduğu bircok değiştirilebilir potansiyel

faktoÅNr risk faktoÅNrü olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Diğer risk faktoÅNrleri, siyah ırk, cinsiyet, akromegali,















renal transplantasyon veya oÅNyküsünün dahil olduğu faktoÅNrler tanımlanmıştır.
