Öz

Kanıta dayalı uygulama, yüksek düzeydeki kanıtı, sunulan bakımı, hasta ile iş birliği içerisinde olan sağlık profesyonelinin mesleki yargısını içeren klinik karar alma olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Tüm sağlık profesyonelleri için uygulamalarının en iyi kanıt üzerine temellendirilmesi son derece önemlidir. Kanıta dayalı uygulamada amaç; sağlık profesyonelleri tarafından güvenli, standart ve nitelikli bakım verilmesinin sağlanmasıdır. Gelişen sağlık hizmetleri ve teknoloji ile hastaların taleplerinin yanı sıra, tıbbi uygulama hatalarında meydana gelen artış ebelik alanında kanıta dayalı uygulamaların yaygınlaşması gerektiğini göstermiştir. Ebeler, tarih boyunca gelişerek profesyonel bir meslek olarak sağlık hizmetlerinin sunumunda etkin rollerini sürdürmektedir. Ebelik bakımının kanıta dayalı olması ebelik mesleği için oldukça önem arz etmektedir. Çünkü kanıta dayalı ebelik uygulamaları ve girişimleri, bakımın kalitesinin ve bakımın hasta üzerinde beklenen sonuçlarının iyileştirilmesi, bakımın standart bir temelde yürütülmesi ve hasta/hemşire memnuniyetinin artırılmasında önemli rol oynar. Tüm bu avantajlar göz önünde bulundurulduğunda uygulamaya rehberlik etmek için kanıtları kullanmak ebelik bakımını kolaylaştırmaktadır. Bu derlemenin amacı, gebelikte bel ağrısı yaşayan kadınların ebelikte kanıta dayalı uygulamalar rehberliğinde bakım planı hazırlamak ve bu süreç hakkında bilgi vermektir.
