Abstract

Contact dermatitis is an inflammatory dermatosis caused by substances in contact with the skin and has various forms. Currently, as a result of ear piercing, piercing, temporary and permanent tattooing and use of cosmetic products in early age, frequency of contact dermatitis is increasing in childhood and because of the delayed diagnosis,the patients have to take topical steroid treatment for a long time. Aim to increase the awareness because of difficulties in diagnosis and treatment.

Kontak Dermatit Şikayetleri İle Başvuran Hastaya Akılcı Yaklaşım

Öz

Kontak dermatit deriye temas eden maddeler nedeniyle gelişen bir inflamatuar dermatozdur ve çeşitli formları bulunmaktadır. Günümüzde erken yaşlarda kulak delinmesi, piercing, geçici ve kalıcı dövme yaptırma, kozmetik ürün kullanımı sonucu çocukluk çağında sıklığı giderek artmakta olup, geç tanı alınması nedeni ile hastalar uzun süre topikal steroid tedavisi almak zorunda kalmaktadırlar. Tanı ve tedavide zorluklar yaşanması nedeni ile farkındalığın artırılması amaçlanmıştır.
