Besin Alerjilerinde Bileşene Dayalı Tanı Yöntemi

Öz

Tüm dünyada sıklığı giderek artan besin alerjilerinin tanı ve takibine yönelik araştırmalar
çoğalmakta, yeni tanısal yöntemler geliştirilmektedir. Bileşene dayalı tanı
yöntemi, tanı aşamasında daha yüksek duyarlılığa sahip olması ile gerçek duyarlılığın
çapraz reaksiyondan ayrımında kullanılabileceği gibi hastaların takibinde tolerans
gelişimi ile ilgili öngörü sağlaması ve besin yükleme testi sırasında ortaya çıkabilecek
reaksiyonları öngörmesi nedeni ile besin alerjilerinde tanı ve takip amaçlı
kullanılması önerilen yeni tanısal testlerdendir. Bu derlemede sık görülen besin alerjilerinde
bileşene dayalı tanı yönteminin klinik kullanımı özetlenmiştir.
