The form contains information about the sociodemographic characteristics of individuals and their suicide attempts. In evaluating the data, number, percentage, and mean tests were used. The mean age of the individuals is 35.03±14.70 (min 11-max 76). It was determined that 54.5% of the individuals were male, 66.4% were single, and 53.0% were secondary school graduates. The self-harming behaviors observed among individuals include; It was determined that 41.4% of them were medication overdose, 16.0% of them were attempted hanging, 17.9% of them were self-harm using sharp objects.
