Hukukun Üstünlüğü mü, Merkez Bankalarının Üstünlüğü mü?
Öz
İktisatçılar, ekonomik kalkınmayı isteyen ülkelerin hukukun üstünlüğü ilkesini benimsemesi gerektiğini önerirler. Kendi tavsiyemizi dinleyerek parasal ve finansal sistemimize uygulamayı öneriyorum. Hukukun üstünlüğü ilkesi son iki yıl veya bu civardaki bir süre içinde bulunduğumuz olağan üstü durumu çözümlemede bize yararlı bir rehberlik edebilir ve bundan da önemlisi gelecekte yaşanacak krizlerden kaçınmamıza imkân verebilir.
