Öz

Yükseköğretim finansmanı üzerinde uzmanlaşan Fransız iki yazar “Zorunlu Eğitim Sonrası Finansmanını Yeniden Gözden Geçirme” adlı bir makaleyle son on yılda elde ettikleri sonuçları ortaya koymuşlardır. Yazarlar, öğrencilerin, eğitim harcamalarının büyük bir kısmını ödeyecekleri giderek karma kaynaklara dayanan yükseköğretim finansmanını öngördüler. Bu süreçte, daha adil maliyet paylaşımına sahip mekanizmalar geliştirildi. Aynı zamanda, kurum başına, program başına ve hatta her ders başına düşen gerçek maliyetler tam ve doğru hesaplandı. Araştırma kaynakları, eğitim/öğrenim kaynaklarından farklılaşmaya başladı. Bu yönüyle yükseköğretim kurumları, maliyetlerini azaltabilmek için daha çok çalışmalıdır.
