Öz

Analyzed parameters biological diversity of genetic resources of plants of natural flora of Kyrgyzstan. The importance and a role of Botanical garden NAS of Кyrgyz Republic in preservation of a biological variety of plants ex situ, and enrichment of the cultural flora is national property. Creation bank of hermoplasma of rare plants which should become the long-time continuously functioning national program which demanding constant investment for financial, technological and methodical security of conditions for storage of viable samples. Also creation mechanism of the prevention or protection from the stopping or breaks in its performance because of political, social and economic reorganizations, structural reorganization is especially emphasized necessities
