Öz
Büyük Britanya ve Kuzey İrlanda Birleşik Krallığı; İngiltere, İskoçya, Galler ve Kuzey İrlanda’dan oluşan, 1973 senesinde Avrupa Birliği’ne tartışmalı uzun yılların ardından üye olmuş bir ülkedir. Bu çalışmada, Birleşik Krallık halkının 2015 genel seçimlerindeki oylarının ve bu seçimin sonucuna bağlı olarak -Muhafazakar Parti’nin kazanması durumunda- yapılması planlanan AB üyeliği referandumunun, İskoçya’nın Birleşik Krallık’tan ayrılma yönünde yaptığı referandumun ve AB’deki ekonomik kriz tartışmalarının, Birleşik Krallık’ın Avrupa Birliği (AB) ile olan ilişkilerinde ne şekilde belirleyici olacağı üzerinde durulacaktır. Birleşik Krallık’ın siyasi, kültürel ve coğrafi yapısı hakkında genel bilgi verilecek, AB’yle olan ilişkileri geçmişten bugüne incelenecek, AB’yle ilişkilerin gelecek döneminin nasıl şekilleneceği farklı değişkenlere bağlı olarak incelenecektir

The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is a country that is composed of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland,, had been a European Union country after long controversial years In this article, it will be considered that how the relations of the European Union and the United Kingdom will be specified according to the votes of the people of the United Kingdom in the 2015 elections and depending on the results of the elections – if the Conservative Party wins-, the plan for making referendum on the EU membership, Scotland’s referendum on separation from the United Kingdom and economic crisis in the Union. It will be given information to the political, cultural and geographical structure of the United Kingdom, the relations with the European Union will be considered from the past to the present and how the relations with the EU will shape in the future according to different variables
