Financial backers and other organizations typically want that independently financed research articles to be made available online or through "open access" without a fee. Publishing your article as Open Access is the greatest way to ensure its accessibility or openness. Prior to the year 2000, "Open Access" referred to material that was available without charge. Currently, this kind of open access is referred to as free open access. Over time, the concept of Open Access has become more widely accepted. It was important to be explicit about the amount of authorization users should have to use articles. This meant that the rights of users had to be clearly stated. "Open Access" is a term that covers both Gratis and Libre Open Access. While "Gratis" open access means free online access, "Libre" open access means free online access as well as some usage rights. In addition to publishing scientific research, Mathematical Sciences and Applications E-Notes also makes this research available without charge by adhering to the open access policy and the free information dissemination concept. Additionally, it offers immediate, unfettered access to its content.
The MSAEN is open access, and the entire content of the journal is provided free of charge to the reader or to the organization to which the reader belongs. Without permission from the publisher or the author and except for commercial purposes, the readers can read, download, copy, search, and provide links to the full text of the journal articles. They can also rearrange them, provided that the original work is properly cited.
