HİPERALDOSTERONİZMDE TANI VE TEDAVİ NASIL OLMALIDIR?

Öz

Özet: Aldosteron fazlalığı sekonder ve endokrin hipertansiyon nedenlerinden birisidir. Mineralokortikoid fazlalığı aldosteron yüksekliği ve aldosteron-dışı nedenlerden oluşmaktadır. Radyolojik görüntülemeler ve testlerle sekonder hiperaldosteronizm tanısında artış olmaktadır. Laboratuvar testlerine yönelirken ilk basamak hiperaldosteronizmin varlığını göstermektir. Primer hiperaldosteronizm, yüksek plazma aldosteron konsantrasyonlarına eşlik eden düşük plazma renin aktivitesi, hipokalemi veya normokaleminin eşlik ettiği hipertansiyonla tanınır. Tanı ve ayırıcı tanısı ile cerrahi tedavi edilebilen hipertansiyon kliniği vardır.

Abstract:

Excess of aldosterone is one of the causes of secondary and endocrine hypertension. Mineralocorticoid excess includes  increase of aldosterone and reasons without aldosterone. Diagnosis of secondary hyperaldosteronism increases with using radiological images and blood tests. Showing  the presence of hyperaldosteronism is the first step at  the laboratory tests. Primary hyperaldosteronism is defined as elevated plasma aldosterone concentration accompanied with  low plasma renin activity in patient who has hypertension with  hypokalemia or normokalemia. Hypertension in primary hyperaldostenonism can be treated with surgery
therefore differential diagnosis is important .
