Sinop İli Su Ürünleri Yetiştiriciliğinin Mevcut Durumu ve Projeksiyonu

Öz

Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’de son yıllarda önemli miktarda üretim yapılan alanlarından biri olan Sinop İli’nin su ürünleri yetiştiriciliği mevcut durumu değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmada Türkiye’nin 2019-2023 yılları arasındaki su ürünleri yetiştiriciliği ile Sinop İli deniz ve iç sularda yetiştiriciliği yapılan su ürünleri türleri ve üretim miktarlarının incelenmesinin yanında, sektörün geleceği ile ilgili sağlıklı öngörüler oluşturulması amaçlanmıştır. Sinop ilinde 2023 yılı itibariyle deniz işletme sayılarının 33’e, iç sularda faaliyet gösteren işletme sayısının 5’e yükseldiği, ayrıca proje kapasitelerinin denizde 38880 ton/yıla, iç sularda ise 1209 ton/yıl’a yükseldiği belirlenmiştir. Sinop ili üretim miktarına bakıldığında 2023 yılında 26695,99 ton, iç sularda 126,66 ton su ürünleri yetiştiriciliği gerçekleşmiştir. Yapılan hesaplamalar sonucunda, Sinop ili su ürünleri yetiştiriciliğinin 2040 yılında 2023 yılına göre yaklaşık 4,93 kat artışla 132196,00 ton/yıl üretim yapılacağı öngörülmektedir.

Current Status and Projection of Sinop Province Aquaculture

In this study, the current status of aquaculture in Sinop Province, which is one of the areas where a significant amount of production has been made in Turkey in recent years, was evaluated. In the research, it was aimed to examine the aquaculture in Turkey between 2019-2023 and the types and production amounts of aquaculture products cultivated in the sea and inland waters of Sinop Province, as well as to make healthy predictions about the future of the sector. It was determined that the number of marine enterprises in Sinop province increased to 33 and the number of enterprises operating in inland waters increased to 5 as of 2023, and the project capacities increased to 38880 tons/year in the sea and 1209 tons/year in inland waters. Considering the production amount of Sinop province, 26695,99 tons of aquaculture was realized in 2023 and 126,66 tons of aquaculture in inland waters. As a result of the calculations made, it is predicted that Sinop province aquaculture will produce 132196,00 tons/year in 2040 with an increase of approximately 4,93 times compared to 2023.
