Mobbing is defined as a concept that refers to systematically applied psychological violence and harassment behaviors in the workplace. This study was conducted to investigate the mobbing experiences of teachers, who are at the forefront of the education of the society, and psychologists, who are at the forefront of the treatment and rehabilitation of mobbing victims, and to compare them with different professional groups. The research is a quantitative research and the relational screening model was adopted as the research design. The Mobbing Scale for Academicians, consisting of a total of 23 items under 5 dimensions, was used in the study. 142 people, including 53 teachers, 38 psychologists and 51 members of other professional groups, participated in the study. According to the results of the study, a statistically significant difference was found in terms of total mobbing scores between the three groups in the study. While the total mobbing scores of psychologists were found to be higher than teachers, differences were found between the sub-dimensions and between the professions, and it was seen that each group scored higher than the other groups in certain sub-dimensions.
