PERCEPTIONS OF ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST OF EDUCATION MANAGERS WHO ARE RELOCATED
Abstract
The concept of organizational trust has a very significant impact in raising the level of motivation and performance of the ones who work on education and enhancing their increasing commitment towards the adoption of organizational purpose. Therefore, this situation improves the organizational success. In this study, it is determined whether the rotation is an effective factor on perceptions of organizational trust of the managers who are forced to be relocated. In order to determine the organizational trust perceptions of those managers forced to relocation (rotation) in 2010-2011 school year within the Kayseri Provincial Directorate of National Education, this research has been carried out with 155 managers. In schools this school administrators Organizational Trust Scale (OÖGÖ) were applied to the managers. As a result of this research it has been identified that the organizational trust level of relocated managers as affected in a negative way. The findings are discussed in the literature and suggestions have been offered

Öz
Örgütsel güven kavramı iş görenlerin motivasyon ve performans düzeylerinin yükseltilmesi, örgüte karşı olan bağlılıklarını artırarak örgüt amaçlarının benimsenmesi ve bu durum sonucunda örgütsel başarının yükseltilmesinde oldukça önemli bir etkiye sahiptir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, zorunlu yer değişikliği (rotasyon) yapan eğitim yöneticilerinin örgütsel güven algıları üzerinde etkili bir unsur olup olmadığını belirlemektir. Zorunlu yer değişikliği (rotasyon) yapan eğitim yöneticilerinin örgütsel güven algıları belirlemek amacıyla 2010-2011 eğitim öğretim yılında Kayseri İli Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğüne bünyesinde zorunlu yer değişikliği (rotasyon) yaptırılan 155 eğitim yöneticisi araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır. Bu okul yöneticilerine Okullarda Örgütsel Güven Ölçeği (OÖGÖ) uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda zorunlu yer değişikliği (rotasyon) yapan eğitim yöneticilerinin örgütsel güven düzeylerinin negatif yönde etkilendiği belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular literatür ile tartışılarak önerilerde bulunulmuştur
