PERCEPTIONS OF ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST OF EDUCATION MANAGERS WHO ARE RELOCATED

Abstract

The concept of organizational trust has a very significant impact in raising the level of motivation and performance of the ones who work on education and enhancing their increasing commitment towards the adoption of organizational purpose. Therefore, this situation improves the organizational success. In this study, it is determined whether the rotation is an effective factor on perceptions of organizational trust of the managers who are forced to be relocated.  In order to determine the organizational trust perceptions of those managers forced to relocation (rotation) in 2010-2011 school year within the Kayseri Provincial Directorate of National Education, this research has been carried out with 155 managers. In schools this school administrators Organizational Trust Scale (OÖGÖ) were applied to the managers. As a result of  this research it has been identified that the organizational trust level of relocated managers  as affected in a negative way.  The findings are discussed in the literature and suggestions have been offered
