Abstract

This study determines the ideas of school principal and National Education inspectors about the required equipment and human sources from the perspective of social studies education. The aim of this study is to determine the problems about the human sources and to put forward some suggestions. In that research, the results of the open-ended questions asked the directors of 244 schools and 30 National Education inspectors in Samsun and Amasya have been evaluated. The results obtained from this study have been evaluated in line with the open ended question of “What should be the equipment and human sources in primary schools in terms of the instruction of social studies?”. Under the light of these results, it has been seen the shortage of equipment and human sources and some suggestions have been put forward.

İLKÖĞRETİMOKULLARINDA SOSYAL BİLGİLER ÖĞRETİMİAÇISINDANOLMASIGEREKEN DONANIMVEİNSANKAYNAKLARI

Öz

Bu çalışma ile ilköğretim Sosyal Bilgiler dersi öğretiminde, donanım ve insan kaynaklarının neler olması gerektiği hakkındaki ilköğretim okul müdürü ve İl Millî Eğitim müfettişlerinin görüş ve düşüncelerinin tespit edilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı, Sosyal Bilgiler öğretimine yönelik gerek donanım gerekse insan kaynakları ile ilgili sorun ve eksikleri tespit etmek ve çözüm önerileri getirmektir. Bu araştırmada, Samsun ve Amasya illerinde toplam 244 okul müdürü ve 30 İl Millî Eğitim müfettişine yöneltilen “İlköğretim okullarında sosyal bilgiler öğretimi açısından olması gereken donanım ve insan kaynakları neler olmalıdır?” açık uçlu sorusuna verilen cevaplar doğrultusunda çıkarılan sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda okullarda insan kaynakları ve donanım bakımından birtakım eksikliklerin olduğu görülmüş ve çözüm önerileri getirilmeye çalışılmıştır
