Öz
Bu çalışma, Nazi dönemi Avrupa siyasetinin sadece savaş koşulları ile açıklanamayacak sonuçlarının, özellikle de bir temerküz ve imha tekniği olarak “toplama kamplarının” insanın “düşmanlıklarının” tarihinde nasıl konumlandırılabileceğini, kavranabileceğini soruşturmayı amaçlamaktadır. Toplama kampları, hâli hazırda insanlık tarihinde izine rastlanan “benzer” örneklerle kavranmaya çalışılacağı gibi, aynı zamanda kendisine hususiyetini veren unsurları da soruşturmaya katmaya, onun “biricik”, daha önce yaşanmamış, deneyimlenmemiş, dolayısıyla “dile getirilmesi”, anlatımı-aktarımı imkânsız bir fenomen olarak da nasıl kavranabileceğini tartışmaya müsaade edecektir. Tek başına savaş teknikleri, siyasi koşullanmalar(ideolojik belirlenimler), coğrafi husumetler, ekonomik sömürü mekanizmalarıyla kavranması olanaksız bir “kötülük” (siyaseti) olarak kamp “deneyiminin” insanın tarihinde nasıl bir açmaza tekabül ettiği, onun ölümlü/sonlu varlığıyla ilişkisini nasıl dönüştürdüğü, bunun savaş sonrasının “yeni” insanlık durumunu nasıl belirlediği bu çalışmada soruşturulmaya çalışılacaktır

Öz
This article aims to investigate the consequences of the European politics in the Nazi period that could not be explained only by the conditions of war. It questions how to comprehend the concentration camps as a technic of extermination and how to place this event into the history of enmities of human-beings. The concentration camps could be apprehended by examining the similar examples that had taken before in the history of humanity and also by analyzing its peculiarity as it has not been experienced and lived before which makes it an event that could not be easily told and translated. The “experience” of concentration camps could not be explained only by the technics of war, the political determinations, the geographical enmities and the mechanisms of economic exploitations. This article questions how the experience of concentration camps transforms the relation between the human beings and its mortality/death and how it determines the “new human condition” after war
