The Exhaustion Levels of Teacher Candidate

In this study, the exhaustion levels of students from Faculty of Education and Faculty of Technical Education in Mugla University was studied. Sampling consisted of 268 students from the grade 4. A according to genders, in the personal achievement context and desensitization, the result is high in male students, and in emotional exhaustion it is high in female students. In the base of departments it was found out that Electronics and Compute Teaching Department students’ exhaustion levels were high, but Preschool Teaching Department students’ exhaustion were low. In the base of age, a significant difference was found in terms of the high exhaustion levels among 23 years old and older student group. Besides, significant difference was determined in terms of social-economic level.

Öğretmen Adaylarında Tükenmişlik

Öz

Bu araştırma da Muğla Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi ve Teknik Eğitim Fakültesi öğrencilerinin tükenmişlikleri tutumlarına etki eden çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmiştir. Örneklem bu fakültelerin 4. sınıflarında öğrenim gören 268 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Cinsiyetlere göre, kişisel başarı ve duyarsızlaşma boyutunda erkeklerin tükenmişlik düzeyleri yüksek, duygusal tükenme de kızların tükenmişlikleri yüksek çıkmıştır. Bölümlere göre Elektronik ve Bilgisayar bölümlerinin tükenmişlik düzeyleri yüksek, Okul öncesi Öğretmenliğinin düşük çıkmıştır. Yaşa göre de 23 ve üzerindeki öğrencilerin tükenmişlikleri yüksek çıkmıştır. Sosyo-ekonomik düzey yönünden önemli bir fark bulunmamıştır.
