Virjin Hastada Vajenden Doğmuş Endometriyal Polip: Bir Olgu Sunumu

Öz

Endometriyal polipler uterusun en sık görülen
polip türlerindendir. Endometriyumdan köken almaları nedeniyle uterusun içinde
bulunurlar. Nadir olarak saplı olanlar vajene doğabilirler. Bu yazıda virjin
bir hastada vajeni de aşarak himen dışına doğmuş saplı bir polip olgu sunumu
yapılmıştır. 25 yaşındaki virjin hasta; jinekoloji polikliniğine vajinasının
dışına sarkmış kanlı parça ve vajinal kanama şikayetiyle başvurdu. Yapılan
muayenede sırasıyla vajen girişinden dışarı doğru sarkan yaklaşık 4x5 cm’lik
kitle izlendi. Parça görüldüğü yerden eksize edilerek histopatolojiye
gönderildi. Vajene doğmuş endometriyal polipler saplı vajene doğmuş myomlar ile
karışabilir. Endometriyal polipler malignansi potansiyeli taşıyabilmeleri
sebebiyle eksizyonel biyopsi ve endometriyal biyopsi incelemesi yapılması
gerekmektedir.

Endometrial Polyp Which Protuted From Vagina in a Virgin Patient: A Case Report

Öz

Endometrial polyps
are the most common polyp types of the uterine. They are presented in the
uterine due to their origins from endometrium. Rarely pedunculated ones could
outgrow the vagina. A pedunculated polyp, which pass over the vagina and
protrude out of hymen in a virgin woman, is presented as a case report in this
study. A 25-year-old virgin patient applied with the complaint of a prolapsed
hemorrhagic mass from her vagina and vaginal bleeding to the gynecology
polyclinic. The mass which protruded out from the vaginal entrance, was
observed approximately 4x5 cm in the examination. The mass was excused where it
was seen and was referred to histopathology laboratory. Endometrial polyps,
which are protruded to vagina, could be confused with pedunculated myomas which
are also protruded to vagina. Because endometrial polyps could carry malignancy
potential, excisional biopsy and endometrial biopsy should be performed.
