ALGILANAN YÖNETİCİ DESTEĞİ VE ÖRGÜTSEL MUHALEFET DÜZEYİNİN ÇALIŞANIN SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİR PERFORMANSI ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ

Öz

Bu araştırmanın amacı, örgütlerde algılanan yönetici desteği ve örgütsel muhalefet düzeylerinin çalışanların sürdürülebilir performansları üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Çalışma, farklı sektörlerde görev yapan 400 çalışanın katılımıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada kullanılan ölçeklerin geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizleri sonucunda ölçümlerin istatistiksel olarak uygun olduğu belirlenmiştir. Verilerin analizi kapsamında tanımlayıcı istatistikler, korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri uygulanmıştır. Bulgular, yöneticilerinden daha yüksek düzeyde destek algılayan çalışanların görevlerini daha planlı, motive ve uzun vadeli biçimde sürdürdüklerini göstermiştir. Benzer şekilde, çalışanların örgüt içinde düşüncelerini açıkça ifade edebildiği, eleştirel ve yapıcı bir iletişim ortamının var olduğu durumlarda performanslarının daha sürdürülebilir hale geldiği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca yönetici desteğinin, çalışanların muhalefet davranışlarını daha yapıcı bir biçimde sergilemelerini kolaylaştırdığı görülmüştür. Elde edilen sonuçlar, çalışan performansının yalnızca bireysel özelliklerden değil, aynı zamanda yönetici desteği, örgütsel iklim ve açık iletişim kültürü gibi çevresel faktörlerden de etkilendiğini ortaya koymaktadır. Bu kapsamda çalışma, örgütlerde destekleyici liderlik anlayışının ve demokratik iletişim ortamının geliştirilmesinin, sürdürülebilir performansın sağlanması açısından stratejik bir unsur olduğunu vurgulamaktadır. Bulgular, yöneticiler ve politika yapıcılar için hem kuramsal hem de uygulamaya dönük önemli öneriler sunmaktadır.

THE IMPACT OF PERCEIVED SUPERVISOR SUPPORT AND ORGANIZATIONAL DISSENT ON EMPLOYEES' SUSTAINABLE PERFORMANCE

Öz

This study aims to analyze the impact of perceived supervisor support and organizational dissent on employees' sustainable performance. The research involved 400 individuals from various areas. The validity and reliability evaluations of the scales employed in the study indicated that the measurements were statistically sound. Descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analyses were utilized in the data analysis. The results indicated that employees who recognized greater supervisor support executed their responsibilities in a more organized, motivated, and strategic manner. It was similarly observed that employee performance became more sustainable when individuals could articulate their ideas freely within the firm and when an atmosphere of critical and constructive communication prevailed. Moreover, it was noted that supervisor support enhanced employees' capacity to articulate their dissent more constructively. The findings indicated that employee performance is affected by both human traits and environmental influences, including supervisor support, organizational dissent, and a culture of open communication. The study highlights that cultivating a supportive leadership style and a democratic communication atmosphere within businesses is a crucial factor in achieving sustainable performance. The results provide significant theoretical and practical guidance for managers and policymakers
