Dillerin Canlandırılması Metoduna Genel Bir Bakış

Öz

Tehlike altındaki diller için, bazı dilbilimciler, araştırmacılar ve kuruluşlar tarafından bir dil canlandırma yöntemi geliştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın ele aldığı sorun, bu yöntemin yaygın olarak bilinmemesi ve tehlike altındaki diller için bir kılavuz görevi görebilmesi için anlaşılması gerektiğidir. Bu ihtiyaç nedeniyle, bu tür bir çalışmanın gerekli olduğu düşünülmüştür. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, dil canlandırma yöntemi ve bileşenleri hakkında ayrıntılı bir anlayış sağlamaktır. Bu yöntem nedir? Ne için kullanılır? Motivasyonları, ideolojileri, yaklaşımları ve planlama stratejileri nelerdir? Canlandırma ihtiyacına yol açan dil ölümünün nedenleri nelerdir? Boyutları nelerdir? Bu çalışma, bu soruları yanıtlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu araştırmanın yöntemi niteliktir; literatüre dayalı bir çalışmadır. Bulgular, dil canlandırmanın etnik kimliği ve dilsel mirası korumak için gerekli olan sosyo-kültürel bir süreç olarak görüldüğünü göstermektedir. Bu yöntem, dillere yeni bir farkındalık kazandırarak, dilin sürekliliği için kullanılabilir hale getirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu yöntemin güçlü yanlarından biri, dil canlandırmayı herkesin kendi bağlamına uyarlayabileceği esnek bir model olarak sunmasıdır. Dil canlandırmanın sadece dilleri yeniden canlandırmakla değil, aynı zamanda toplumun kültürünü ve kimliğini korumakla da ilgili olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Tehlike altındaki dilleri desteklemek için çözümler bulunabilir. Dillerini güçlendirmek isteyen bireyler, kurumlar, kuruluşlar vb. bu adım adım kılavuzdan yararlanabilirler.

An Overview of The Method of Language Revitalization

Öz

For languages that are endangered, a method of language revitalization has been developed by some linguists, researchers, and organizations. The problem this study addresses is that this method is not widely known and needs to be understood so that it can serve as a guide for endangered languages. Due to this need, a study like this was considered necessary. The main aim of this study is to provide a detailed understanding of the method of language revitalization and its components. What is this method? What is it for? What are its motivations, ideologies, approaches, and planning strategies? What are the causes of language death that led to the need for revitalization? What are its dimensions? This study seeks to answer these questions. The method of this research is qualitative; it is a literature-based study. The findings show that language revitalization is seen as a socio-cultural process that is essential for preserving ethnic identity and linguistic heritage. This method aims to promote a new awareness of languages, making them usable for language continuity. One of the strengths of this method is that it presents language revitalization as a flexible model that anyone can adopt and adapt to their own context. It is understood that language revitalization is not only about reviving languages but also about preserving the culture and identity of the society. Solutions for promoting endangered languages can be achieved. Individuals, institutions, organizations, etc., who want to strengthen their language can benefit from this method, which provides a step-by-step guide.

Öz

Ji bo zimanên ku di bin xetereyê de ne ji aliyê hin zimannas, lêkolîner û sazîyan ve, metodeka vejandina zimanan hatîye avakirin. Problema vê xebatê ew e ku ev metod pir nasyar nîne û hewcehî bi danasîna wê heye ku ji bo zimanên di bin xetereyê de ne bibe rêberek. Ji ber vê hewcehî bi xebateka wiha hatîye dîtin. Armanca sereke ya vê xebatê danasîna bihurgilî ya metoda vejandina zimanan û binbeşên wî ye. Ev metod çî ye, ji bo çi ye, motîvasyon, îdeolojî helwest û plandsazîyên wê çi ne? Wekî sedema hebûna metoda vejandina zimanan, mirina zimanan çi ye? astên wê çi ne? Ev xebat bersiva van pirsan dide. Metoda vê xebatê veguhestin e, xebateka lîteratûrê ye. Di encama vê xebatê de tê dîtin ku vejandina zimanan wekî pêvajoyeke civakî û çandî tê dîtin, ku ji bo parastina nasnameya etnîkî û mîrata zimanî giring e. Ev metod dixwaze hişmendîyeke nû ya zimên belav bike ku ji bo domdarîya zimên bikêr e. Zêdebarîya ku ev metod li vê qadê dike ew e ku wekî metod behsa vejandina zimanan tê kirin ku herkes dikare bipejirîne û li gorî xwe pêk bîne. Dide zanîn ku vejandina zimanan tenê ji bo vejandina zimên nîne heman demê ji bo parastina çand û nasnameya civakê jî girîng e. Çareserîyên pêşvebirina zimanan tên bidestxistin. Kesên ku yan jî sazî, komele wd. ên ku dixwazin ji bo zimanê xwe zêdebarîyekê bikin dikarin ji metodê sûd werbigirin ku gav bi gav nîşan dide.
