Bu çaly?mada do?al, entansif ve ekstansif ko?ullarda yeti?tirlmi? olan adi sazan bireylerinin hacim, motilite, motilite süresi, yo?unluk, toplam yo?unluk ve pH gibi sperm karakter de?erleri ortaya konmu?tur. Her üç grup ta kar?yla?tyryldy?ynda, hacim, spermatozoa yo?unlu?u (x109 ml) ve toplam yo?unluktaki en dü?ük de?erler üçüncü grup (ekstansif) için bulunmu?ken, do?adan elde edilmi? olan bireyler tüm parametreler için daha yüksek de?erler göstermi?tir. pH de?erleri bakymyndan gruplar arasynda bir farklyly?a rastlanmamy?tyr. Ayryca bütün gruplar için toplam yo?unluk ve hacim arasynda pozitif bir koralasyona rastlanmy?tyr. Buna kar?yn, boy, a?yrlyk ve hacim arasyndaki pozitif korelasyon yalnyzca kültür gruplarynda vardyr. Üçüncü grupta ise hacim ve motilite pozitif korelasyon göstermi?tir.

SPERM CHARACTERISTICS OF WILD AND CULTIVATED COMMON CARP (CYPRYNUS CARPIO L., 1875)

Öz

Some sperm characteristics such as volume, motility, motility duration, density, total spermatozoa and pH of wild-caught, intensively and extensively cultured Common Carp were investigated in this study. When the three groups were compared, while lower values in volume, spermatozoa density (x109 ml) and total spermatozoa were found for the third group (extensive) of carp, the wild counterparts showed better values for all parameters. pH values were not different among the groups. A positive correlation between total spermatozoa and volume were found in all groups. However, the weight, length and volume positively correlated in just cultured groups. Volume and motility in third group of fish were also positively correlated.
