Öz
The study investigates teacher candidates' learned necessities that are composed of requirements such as success, commitment, autonomy and power. Survey model was employed in the research. Target population of the study was comprised of teacher candidates who attend AYBÜ Faculty of Education(N=460). Requirement Assessment Scale was utilized as data collection tools. At the conclusion of the study, Autonomy and Success were found to be required by teacher candidates the most.

Bu çalışmada öğretmen adaylarının başarı, bağlanma, özerklik ve güç gereksinimlerinden oluşan öğrenilmiş gereksinimleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma genel tarama modelindedir. Çalışma grubunu, AİBÜ Eğitim Fakültesinde okuyan öğretmen adayları oluşturmaktadır (N=460). Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Gereksinim Değerlendirme Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada, öğretmen adaylarının en fazla Özerklik ve Başarı, en az Bağlanma ve Güç gereksinimine sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
