CRIMINAL RECORD PROGRAM FOR BURGLARY OFFICE (HIRKA)

In this study, an automation program (HırKa) has been designed for departments of public order to record any criminal activity, then to analyze to obtain statistical information in order to prevent further criminal activity. With this developed automation program fighting the crime can be effective and solution can be applicable.

Bu çalışmada; emniyet kurumunun asayiş birimleri için, asayiş suçlarının bilgisayar ortamında kayıt altına alınması, bunlar ile ilgili bilgi ve istatistiklerin elde edilerek, suç analizlerinin yapılması amacı doğrultusunda, bir otomasyon programı (HırKa) tasarlanmıştır. Böylece asayiş suçlarının oluşmadan önce önlenmesi ve suçlarla mücadelede, daha etkin ve uygulanabilir çözümlerin üretilmesi hedeflenmiştir.
