Öz

Bu çalışma, gerek ergonomik boyutuyla "çalışma ortamı/şartları" ana alt başlığının önemli bir bileşeni olan "fiziki çevre"nin bir öğesi olarak ve gerekse endüstriyel ve/veya bireysel psikolojinin ortak ve en temel bileşeni konumunda bulunan "motivasyon" kavramının temel unsurlarından birisi olarak "müzik" konusunu ele almakta ve müziğin, uygulamalı eğitim/üretim ortamında, bireysel insan performansının arttırılması üzerine etkilerini incelemektedir. Araştırmanın amacı; hazır giyim üretiminde; müziğin, bireylerin performansları üzerine olası etkilerini ortaya koymak ve bu doğrultuda elde edilecek bulgulara dayanarak, uygulamalı eğitim/üretim ortamını, verimliliği arttıracak yönde geliştirmeyi hedefleyen düzenlemelere katkıda bulunmaktır.

Öz

This study, basically handles the music which is an element of the "physical environment" that is one of the most important components of the "working conditions" in ergonomics perspective and the most common component of the motivation concept. It investigates the effects of music on the personal human performance in the environment of practical education and/or production. The objective of this research is to find and reveal the effects of music on the personal human being performances, while they are carrying on activities at the clothing workshops and contribute to the preparings aimed at developing of the environment of the applied education and/or production to the direction of increasing productivity.
