Ketiapinin Tetiklediği Huzursuz Bacak Sendromu: Bir Olgu Sunumu

Öz

Huzursuz bacak sendromu (HBS) kişinin istirahat sırasında, güçlü bir şekilde bacaklarını veya diğer ekstiremitelerini deneyimlediği ,etyolojisi tam olarak bilinmeyen duyusal-motor bir bozukluktur. İdiopatik ve sekonder olmak üzere iki ayrı formu vardır. Antiemetikler, antipsikotikler, antihistaminikler, bazı antiepileptikler, ayrıca trisiklik antidepresan, serotonin geri alım inhibitörleri ve serotoninnoradrenalin antidepresanlar HBS’na sebep olabilir ya da var olan semptomları alevlendirebilir. Biz bu olgu sunumunda ketiapinle huzursuz bacak semptomları gelişen bir bipolar hastayı sunduk. Literatür incelendiğinde ketiapinin yol açtığı huzursuz bacak bildirimine çok az sayıda rastlanmıştır. Bu yönüyle olgumuzun literatüre önemli bir katkı sağlayacağını düşünmekteyiz
