Öz

Aksesuar parotis bezinin tümörleri nadir görülür. Aksesuar parotis bezinden kaynaklanan bir pleomorfik adenom olgusu sunulmuş ve ana parotis gösterebilen tartışılmıştır. Eksizyon için standart parotidektomi yaklaşımı tercih edilmiştir
