Recognizing the urgent need for conservation and sustainable practices in the face of modern challenges, the Ethiopian government launched the Green Legacy Initiative in 2019. The Ethiopian Green Legacy initiative holds great importance as a comprehensive reforestation and conservation program aimed at addressing environmental, human health, and socio-economic challenges. This article presents a review of the one health benefits associated with the Ethiopian Green Legacy initiative.
