Öz

uygulamasına dair izahlar ile birlikte tehcir dışı tutulan Ermeniler konusunu alt başlıklar halinde sunmaktadır . Tehcir doğrudan cephelerin güvenliğini sarsacak bölgelerde uygulanmıştır. Bunlardan birincisi Kafkas ve İran cephesinin gerisini oluşturan Erzurum, Van ve Bitlis dolaylarıdır. İkincisi ise Sina cephesi gerilerini oluşturan Mersin İskenderun bölgeleridir. Sebebi Ermenilerin bu bölgelerde düşmanla işbirliği yaptıklarının tespit edilmiş olmasıdır. Daha sonra bu uygulama isyan çıkaran, düşmanla işbirliği yapan ve Ermeni çetelerine yataklık eden diğer bölgelerdeki Ermenileri de kapsamıştır. Batı Anadolu’da yaşayan Ermeniler cepheden uzak bölgelerde olduklarından büyük ölçüde tehcir dışında tutulmuşlardır. Bunlardan
