THE EFFECT OF EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION ON EMPLOYEE STRESS AND INTENTION TO LEAVE: A RESEARCH ON BANKS

Abstract

The main objective of the study in banks perception of performance appraisal is to examine the effect of employee stress, performancerelated stress and employees' intention to leave. In addition, bank employees about performance appraisal practices in organizations thinking and performance based on job stress levels were also investigated. The universe of research is the Ziraat Bank employees in Gaziantep.  A questionnaire was prepared and distributed to the employees of the bank to achieve the objective of the study and to measure variables. Perception of performance appraisal has been shown to positively affect employee stress to, performance-releted stress and intention to leave in performed to analysis. In addition to performance- related work stress between turnover intention has been seen that a significant positive relationship.
