ВАЖНОСТЬ ЭЛЕКТРОННОЙ КОММЕРЦИИ ДЛЯ МАЛЫХ И СРЕДНИХ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ

Abstract

Электронная коммерция в последнее время играет важную роль в обеспечении
эффективности работы компании. С появлением информационных технологий электронная
коммерция стала причиной серьёзных изменений в работе малых и средних предприятий, а
также в жизни человека. Электронная коммерция дала возможность конкурировать малым и
средним предприятиям. С помощью электронной коммерции малые и средние предприятия
стали более доступными для потребителей, лучше продвигают себя на рынке и продают еще
больше продукции путем создания виртуальных магазинов. В данном исследовании рассматриваются факторы влияния электронной коммерции на развитие малых и средних
предприятий.

KOBİ’LER İÇİN E-TİCARETİN ÖNEMİ

Abstract

E-Ticaret son zamanlarda firmalarının verimliligini artırıcı çözümlerden biri olarak ortaya
çıkmıştır. Bilgi teknolojilerinin ortaya çıkmasıyla e-ticaret dedigimiz ticaret işlemleri, Kobilerin ve
insanoğlunun yaşamında büyük değişikliklere sebep olmuştur. Böylece E-ticaret kavramı,
ekonomilerin değişmezi olan Küçük ve Orta Büyüklükteki işletmeleri de etkisi altına almıştır. Eticaret, Kobi’lerinde rekabet edebilmelerini, sağlamak amacıyla onlara fırsatlar sunmuştur.
Elektronik ticaret ile Kobiler tüketiciye ulaşmayı başararak e-ticaret kavramını kullanılabilir hale
getirmişlerdir. Bu şekilde kendilerini daha iyi tanıtma ve İnternet üzerinden mallarını satma firsatı
bulabilen Kobiler, müşterilerine ulaşmak için sanal mağazalarını kurarak ürünlerini pazarlama
fırsatı bulmuşlardır. Bu çalışmada E-Ticaretin Kobiler için önemi ve etkilerinin neler olduğu
tartışılmıştır.

E-COMMERCE IMPORTANCE FOR SMEs

Abstract

E-Commerce has recently emerged as one of the solutions to increase the efficiency of its
companies. With the emergence of information technology, e-commerce has caused tremendous
changes in the trading process, SMEs and the life of mankind. As a result, the concept of ecommerce has also affected small and medium-sized businesses, which are the invariants of
economies. E-commerce has provided opportunities for SMEs to compete. SMEs has succeeded in
reaching to the customer and made the concept of e-commerce into reality through electronic
commerce. In this way, SMEs has leveraged opportunities to market their products by establishing
virtual stores to reach their customers to sell their products through the İnternet. In this study, we
discuss the importance and effects of E-commerce for small and medium-sized businesses.
